Once more, with feeling

Well trying this...AGAIN..lol. A friend of mine started on the same no sugar/flour thing so I jumped on it as a chance to start again. I had started feeling really, really bad. I got off track and was eating a lot of junk. A LOT. Of JUNK. I think accountability helps. Being prepared helps even more..so I put in the work yesterday/last night to cook, made a smoothie for snacks/get my fruit in, and I'll go to the grocery store today during lunch to get salad dressing.

Not weighing myself. I hate the scale and the numbers. Nothing is quite the de-motivator like thinking you did great and then seeing no, if little movement on the scale. So, fuck the scale. Gotta do something though. Would be thrilled to get back to my "Chicago" weight. I look at recent pics of myself and throw up a little in my mouth. lol.
